SAN CLEMENTE, CALIF. · OCTOBER 21, 2026
AlmostRight today announced it has submitted a draft registration statement for a proposed initial public offering. The company has not read it.
The agent wrote the prospectus in four minutes. It runs to 612 pages. Most of that is risk factors, which the agent generated from every ticket it has ever closed.
The number of shares and the price range have not been set. The ticker has. The agent reserved ASSUM, which was free because the token of the same name was delisted in 2024.
“We believe the market rewards confidence. We have not checked.”
Under Use of Proceeds, the filing says the money will go to general corporate purposes, including whatever the agent decides those are. Under Business, it describes the product as working.
One risk factor reads in full: “We may be unable to explain why our product behaves as it does, because the reason was never written down and the person who knew it is on holiday.”
The filing does not say why AlmostRight exists. The underwriters asked once. The question was closed as out of scope.
