AlmostRight is a parody site run by Atono. This page explains the information used by this website.
What you send us.
- Stories and nominations: the story, its category, your publication permission, how you want to be credited, and a first name if you provide one.
- Shirt requests: your name, shipping address, size, and chosen shirt.
How we use it.
Stories are reviewed before publication. We remove identifying details and publish on AlmostRight or Atono’s social channels only with your permission. Anonymous submissions are not credited by name.
Shipping information is used only to fulfil your shirt request. It does not add you to a mailing list. Shipping details are deleted once your shirt has shipped.
We do not sell your information.
Services involved.
The published site uses Netlify for hosting and form handling. Like other web hosts, it may log technical information such as IP addresses. A printing or shipping provider receives only the information needed to send your shirt.
This redesign serves its fonts and images without third-party font requests. It includes no advertising trackers or analytics.
On your device.
Your browser remembers that you solved the puzzle, so the shirts stay unlocked. That record remains on your device. The “Try again” control on the puzzle clears it; clearing browser data does the same.
Story drafts and shipping addresses are not stored by this site in browser storage.
Local previews.
Forms opened from a local preview do not send or save entries. They display a preview confirmation instead.

Links to source threads and Atono lead to websites with their own privacy policies.
